It is that time of year again…time to create JOY and LOVE and GIVING! On November 29th there is a spectacular set of events all about making a difference for others by means of creating holiday spirit with GINGERBREAD houses, Santa Clause and a Gala event…complete with a silent auction. It is the 10th Annual Gingerbread Benefit. The proceeds go to benefit Triangle Family Services and the event is held at the beautiful Umstead Hotel. SO, I decided to get out my paintbrushes and my favorite paints from Plaid and create a masterpiece to be auctioned off. Here it is! It is a 3 feet by 2 feet canvas painting. I named her Joy. I hope you love her. I do. She will be auctioned off at the benefit so check it out and go if you can.
