This Valentine’s Day snackish treat is simple to make and FUN to give away. I learned it from my sister-in-law, Kelly. She makes it for party mixes for well, parties of course. She also helped her Girl Scout troop make LOADS if it for a massive bake sale and it was a total hit. It only takes three ingredients which I think rocks. You will need salted pretzels, white almond bark and holiday sprinkles. Place 6 cups of pretzels in a large bowl that has a lid. My favorite bowl is the large that’s-a-bowl from Tupperware. Melt 1 cup of almond bark over a double boiler (or in the microwave if you have a kind that allows this) and pour it evenly over your pretzels. Close the bowl and shake them up gently. When you open the bowl if you notice that the melted bark has not evenly coated your pretzels, you can use your fingers to mix them around as you pour them onto a cookie sheet. While the bark is still hot and sticky, shake sprinkles onto the pretzels. I tend to use a lot, about a half a bottle, to get a good bright happy coating.
Then package it up any cute little way and … wah lah … you are ready to go find a Valentine and give him a treat.
