SUMMER SUMMER SUMMER! It is here. Today it made me want to plan and doodle and create some structure. So I asked my kids what they wanted to do and made us a chart.
I (and my family) tend to do better with a little supportive structure. Charts help us out a lot. On those mornings when I hear, “There is NOTHING to do,” I hope this will come in handy. I tend to have all of these ideas and end up feeling overwhelmed with possibilities so I am putting my top 15 on the record for SUMMER 2013!I added an extra 5 openings because I know there are so many more ideas out there that have eluded me this afternoon. On the bottom of that page, I added blocks for 1-20 so we can color them in as a family as we complete them. Who knows, maybe they will be done by the end of June and we can start a whole new bunch of planning!
Here are the three pages separated in case you want to print them out!
Happy summertime to all…kids, moms and dads, young dating couples (yes, you Dylan and AC), grandparents, old friends and new, neighbors and all!
