As part of my Chatterbox McCormick Grill Mates pack, I got a bottle of Caribbean Jerk seasoning. I used it and made up recipe worthy of sharing! A yummy facy – it’s gluten free!
First I cut up and sauteed onions and peppers in tiny bit of olive oil, using a large skillet. Then I added the shrimp (uncooked) and covered it with butter slices and lots of the Caribbean Jerk spice. I covered it and let it cook until the shrimp turned pink all the way through. Lastly I added cherry tomatoes cut in half and let it sit for 5 minutes covered until serving with rice.
It was DELICIOUS!
