I have an old table with six chairs. It is the table that was in my family’s kitchen when I was growing up…a very long time ago. Needless to say, it is need of a little love. I tested out chair number one to see how I would like them in color.
I tested Krylon’s Rich Plum on an old weathered wooden clipboard to see how it would look.
I LOVED it so I sanded the chair just a tiny bit then sprayed it with two coats of paint (outside and let dry in between coats of course)!
Without further ado, I present “The Purple Chair”!
I was (and still am) so excited about it that I did a little photo shoot. Here are my favorite four.
And if you are a fan of the before/after photos, this one is for you!
The really exciting part of this project is that I have FIVE more chairs and a large table still to go. I am debating doing all of the pieces different colors or creating a purple ensemble. HMMMMM??? Decisions Decisions Decisions…
