Colorado Girl Scouts Spreading Warm Doodled Holiday Joy

About a month ago Jordan’s Girl Scout troop doodled these adorable coffee cups with Sharpie markers as the start of a service project.  Her new troop in Colorado is magnificent and up to some really great stuff.

They have now been assembled with their sleeves (attached with Glue Dots) and filled with treats to be delivered while caroling at a retirement home next week.

I totally love Jordan’s doodled notes that she created to go in the cups with the treats.  We had so many left over that we made lots of extra notes to be passed out while singing.

I love that the Girls Scouts creates an environment for girls to work together (young and old), to be creative, and ultimately to make a difference.  Big thanks to Glue Dots for donating the adhesive, Sharpie for the markers, Town Place Suites for the cups, Buttons Galore for the Buttons and Westcott Brand for the scissors.  Partnering with all of you makes a big joyful impact.

Happy Holidays to All!  May your spreading of love, cheer and joy brighten the season for all you touch.

Girls Can Do Anything,

Laura

I LOVE THIS!! I think she’s really got something there too.. I hope someone gets her signed up for a contract (or something) for some paper/doodle art/products before someone else “borrows” her ideas.. they’re super cute and marketable!!!

What a fun project! I’ve taken our girl’s church group caroling the past 2 years and this would be a great gift to share! I love that the girls can decorate it!
