I whipped up these fun reindeer sugar cookies in 20 minutes for my son and his friends to have as a lunch treat today. They are SENIORS and I am making them Christmas lunch for their last day of school before break, their final grade school holiday break. I mean, after all, they don’t get a class party at this age and I can never retire as “room mom”!
I LOVE the snack size cookie pouches from Betty Crocker. They are PERFECT for small batches of cookies, something I need on a regular day. I also made frosting by mixing white cake mix with butter to spread on them so I could stick pretzel antlers and Sixlet noses.
I know they are going to love them! I am off now to make their favorite lunch of all, crescent roll mini pizza wraps served with tossed salad. I love my kids. I love their friends. I am the luckiest mom ever!
Happy Baking Love To You From Me,
Laura
