Baby it’s cold outside, what a great time for stew! This incredibly simple recipe for Guinness Stew Pot Pie make a delicious dinner for any time of the year. We love it at St. Patrick’s Day best.
To make this yummy stew in a dish, you will need the following ingredients:
3 Cans Chunky Beef Stew, 2 Cups Chopped Potatoes, 2 Cups Peas/Carrots Mixed, 1 Bottle Guinness Beer, Pastry To Top if Desired
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into the bottom of a glass casserole dish. If you plan to make it stew without the crust, you can do this in a Crock Pot too and let it simmer to cook the potatoes.
To make the crust, I used premade and cut out shamrocks to add a little fun.
Bake it in the over for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Yummy!
