Individual dessert treats are a must for parties with oodles of kids. This dessert is simple to make and yummy to eat, with fresh berries on top to add a little healthy twist. And come on, don’t all kids (of all ages) love chocolate pudding and Cool Whip?
You will need individual dessert cups. I used cute black ones with while polka-dots because they are deep. You can also use cups or jars. The ingredients list is:
- Graham Cracker Crumbs – 1 Cup
- Melted Butter – 4 TBSP
- Sugar – 2 TBSP
- Chocolate Pudding (2 Cups Prepared)
- 4 Cups Cool Whip
- Fresh Berries
The first layer is Graham Cracker crust. I used the following mixture (1 C crumbs, 4 TBS melted butter and 2 TBS sugar) then mashed about 2 TBS into the bottom of each cup.
The second layer is one box of chocolate pudding mixed with 2 C of Cool Whip then put in cups to almost top. The third layer is made up of fresh berries.
Then top it with Cool Whip and more berries.
Isn’t is pretty in a jar too!
Happy Chocolate and Berry Treating,
