A little sweetness with a little salt is a combination that I love. These pretzels lay out into perfect little shamrocks and with a little melted mint chocolate to hold them together, they are scrumptious.
You will need:
- Pretzels for the leaves and stems (there are lots to choose from in shapes)
- Melted white chocolate flavored with peppermint extract and colored green
- Green sugar crystals
Here’s what to do:
Lay out your shamrocks then put a dollop of the melted chocolate mixture in the center to hold them together. I put mine in my Pampered Chef thingie to get it to look pretty. Sprinkle with sugar crystals and refrigerate to harden for serving.
They are really quite cute, super yummy and maybe even bring luck to those who eat them?!
