We have so many boxes of Girl Scout cookies so now we are using them in recipes. Here is a fun way to add them to pudding (dyed green for St. Patrick’s Day) to create a minty fun festive treat.
You will need instant pudding mix, Cool Whip, milk, green food coloring, cookies and green sugar for this. You can of course substitute with ice cream if you prefer. It is trickier to dye. The first step is to crush a few cookies and put in the bottom of your small Mason jars. Then make your pudding, dye it green and fill up your jars half way then refrigerate for 5 minutes.
While they are chilling, mix together your Cool Whip and dye to get it green then take the jars out and do another layer with this mixture.
Add some green sugar to the top.
Then stick a cookie in for extra good luck.
