The No-Longer-Rusty Gnome Eater

Orange Orange Orange is the color for this post, my color for the Rainbow Blog Hop too!

I found this poor little rusty guy in a box of junk. He was once loved but somewhere along the way became rusty and old. I knew just what to do. With a need for a project in the color orange (for the Rainbow Blog Hop 2014 aka #RainbowHop14) and a can of Krylon spray paint, I went to work.

It only took two good coats to have this little adorable metal guy a No-Longer_Rusty Gnome Eater.  He is ready to be put outdoors to do his job keeping the gnomes out of the garden this spring.

I love spray paint.  It makes things bright in such an easy and fun way.  Krylon rocks!

Check out all of the colors of the rainbow in these fabulous project created by 15 of my creative, ingenious designer/bloggy friends.  Together we make a rainbow from the cloud to the golden treasure.
