Peanut Butter Cookies with Wilton Vanilla Melts & Sprinkles

First of all, let me start by saying that EVERYTHING is better with sprinkles.  Making things cute and yummy…yep, that’s what we do around here.  These peanut butter cookies with vanilla melts and sprinkles from Wilton are just that…yummy and adorable too.

We made a generic peanut butter cookie recipe but made the cookie sizes pretty smallish, fitting 15 to a sheet.  We baked them and while they were still hot (as in right out of the oven) added a pink vanilla melt from Wilton.  After about 2 minutes in the hot cookies they were totally melted and we added sprinkles.

So easy peasy and so super cute.  These could be made using lots of different color combinations for holidays, sporting teams and school colors.  These are perfect for Valentines Day!

They are especially good dipped in milk.  They are double especially good dipped in strawberry flavored milk.

I wasn’t so sure about the vanilla with the peanut butter because we usually melt chocolates in the middles.  Let me tell you, vanilla in peanut butter is amaze balls yummy.  Try it.

Happy Baking!

Cheers,

Laura

Very cute and simple my little ones would totally enjoy this snack. We’ve been using Walton melts too, love them.
