This recipe for sparkling holiday cherries jubilee has been sponsored by World Market.  Having shared that, please note that all opinions and ideas are my ownNew Year’s Eve is coming soon and with that comes creating amazing cocktails and snacks.  Champagne drinks are such fun.  They are sparkly by nature and evoke a celebration simply by existing.  These sparkling holiday cherries jubilee drinks are like fancy Shirley Temples for grown-ups!  I love this one because it is also super perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Here’s what you need to make these delicious and festive sparkling holiday cherries jubilee drinks.

Ingredients

The first step is to rim your flutes with sugar.  Dip them into the cherry syrup then into granulated sugar.  It helps to do this ahead of time so that the sugar has a chance to harden.  The cherry syrup gives it a great flavor.  Fill your glasses with crushed ice then add the champagne.  I love the little bottles of champagne from World Market.  They have so many to choose from!

I am in love with these stemless flutes.  I am notorious for knocking over or spilling my drink and stemless glassware just feels safer.  Not to mention, stemless flutes are MUCH easier to tray up and carry into a room when creating a toast.

Champagne-Courtage

Cherries and champagne are a perfect pair with chocolate.  These Perugina chocolate covered cherries are my favorite.

Setting up for celebrations is something that I truly enjoy.  The place mat and the treat stand that I used in these photos are both from World Market.  Every time I go there I leave with a few new fun pieces to add to my collection!

The super fun thing about this drink is that you can really make it with any flavor.  Torani syrups come in a huge variety of flavors.  If you have kiddos, you can make the drinks with ginger ale instead of champagne and include them in the celebrations too.

CHEERS,

Laura
