These hand sculpted snowman magnets and a jar of notes are so easy to make with Sculpey’s Bake Shop. I am pretty sure it is the kiddo version of the clay but to be totally honest, I LOVE it for me! I made these five little guys to update my mini magnet board that was still sporting Halloween magnets. This Weck jar is from World Market and I LOVE it but taking the lid on and off is sort of a small pain so I decided to create a use that didn’t require a lid.
I also whipped up a fun little printable for creating notes with a snowy theme. You can grab the free download HERE.
You only need a few things!
Getting them out of the oven always makes us so happy!
These notes are great for writing New Year’s resolutions, lunch box notes or well…even little shopping lists.
Of course notes of inspiration are always a good idea!
I printed out a bunch and put them in the jar with some Tombow markers so the whole family can grab and use them. I added a little clay snowman the the jar too….well…just because. “Just Because” has become a valid reason in my mind recently. I even shared it on Instagram last night. You can go follow me HERE and like this photo too.
Isn’t the jar adorable. The red twine tied on to it (and to the magnet board) is from World Market too. They have the most awesome selection of ribbons and DIY materials there. I love that they are premium quality and totally affordable.
Happy creating and making,
PS: If you like clay and snowmen, here is another super fun project that I shared over on the Sculpey blog! It’s a fairy village…yay!!!
