I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease almost a year ago and one of the recommendations for feeling better was to cut gluten out of my diet. It has not been fun because I LOVE bread and so many things that are filled with gluten. Lots of times the gluten-free alternatives are not-so-great but I am excited to share that the Udi’s gluten free pizza crust from Papa Murphy’s is yummy!
I went in to the local Papa Murphy’s to purchase it. Did you know that Papa Murphy’s is the world’s largest take and bake pizza chain. You can order online HERE.
The signage representing the fact that there was a PIZZA inside to be made for gluten-free me made me smile!
The manager was on duty. He was incredibly friendly and fun to be with as he created the masterpiece in a matter of minutes.
Of course I bought the extras too because well. because they are fun and delicious too!
I brought it home and put it in my refrigerator until the next day when I got it out and made it for lunch with my bestie, Laura from Housewife Hellraiser. It was FABULOUS! The one we had was the Mediterranean.
I can totally get behind Papa Murphy’s mission: Dedicated to bringing families together through food people love. The great thing for all of you gluten eaters is that Papa Murphy’s offers a variety of pizza crusts, including pan pizza, gluten free, thin, original, and stuffed.
So go, go now and get a pizza from Papa Murphy’s! You will be so happy that you did.
