This pizza box die from Sizzix (design by Jo from Where Women Cook) is fantastic in every way. I have had a ball using it and creating mini box art. So often when I create projects, they are with an end purpose in mind…committed to a holiday, a party theme or a specific product usage. This was super fun because it was just me and the box die-cut with endless possibilities, the way creating is best for a spirit like mine. I started out thinking I was going to glue all of these things to the box. It ended up like this and I LOVE it.
I cut the box out on my Sizzix Big Shot.
This is the box die and it is bomb!
Before I did anything to alter the box, I stamped the back with my Expressionery custom stamp!
To get the sides to stick together, I discovered that the Power Adhesive Tabs from Tombow worked the BEST. Then I doodled on the top and colored it with Tombow’s Dual Brush Markers (my faves). Ta Da!
I created cards to fit inside with doodled messages too.
I love the way they all fit in it and create a box of complete happy, joy, inspiration and fun!
Do you have a favorite card? I do! I especially LOVE Cherry Man cherries. This is a Jumbo Topping Cherry (aka Big Shiny)!
There are tons of great box ideas being shared over on Where Women Cook as part of a create contest and you can check them out HERE.
Now, the big question, who should I give this to?
Cheers to Creating All the Things,
