DIY Matching Game with Ellison Me and My Peeps Die

This post is extra special.  Not only did I create this game with the die I designed for Ellison Education (Me and My Peeps Girl) BUT I also used my new paper line from AdornIt.  It is my FIRST real project using both and I LOVE it so much.  Of course, add a little washi tape to the mix and …. YES!

Me And My Peeps Matching Game

I used my Ellison Superstar Machine to cut out TWO matching pieces for each accessory on the Me and My Peeps Girl Die.  I actually made TWO sets of each to make the game a little more challenging.

It looks like a beautiful closet of Laura Kelly patterned clothing and accessories!

In order to make sure that all of your die cuts fit on the game cards, the cards have to measure at least 3 1/2 inches on each side.   If you love washi tape as much as me, you might want to embellish a little.

Matching games are such a great way to work on thinking skills.  This is the game layout with the cards facing up.  Each player gets to use the die to create a mini version of them self.

The die for the Me and My Peeps Boy is super adorable too!  I plan to create a different game with that one really soon so stay tuned.  If you want to WIN a set of these two dies, you can enter and then cross your fingers.
