Halloween Popcorn Box Party 2016

My blog is a professional place where I share about things that matter to me for business and financial purposes.  After all, my livelihood is that I am an artist and designer.  My blog is all very personal.  I share my thoughts, ideas and often times feelings.   I share about my family and my friends.   The companies that I work with as a licensed artist, designer and blogger are professional.  The relationships I have with many of the people as a result are personal.  Blogging, like all professions, requires walking a fine line between professional and personal.  I love this annual party that I host because it is an opportunity for these lines to cross.  I could never do this without the companies I work with and my blogging friends.  They are all so fantastic and made with a simple popcorn box from World Market.

So without further chat, here is my box for this year.  It’s a mummy!

Mummy Popcorn Box

I made these candy coated mummy cookies with Oreos and Wilton’s candy wafers and candy eyes.

This darling one was created using the magnificent scarecrow want designed and given to me from my friend Donna who blogs over on Memes Art Place.

The popcorn boxes were all sponsored by World Market along with giant chocolate bars.  I am a member of the World Market Tribe where I serve as an ambassador for my favorite store on the planet!

I covered my mummy in white felt from Kunin Group (along with pom pom trims and ribbon).  I am proud member of the Kunin Felt Dream Team and was thrilled to be able to send out felt in all of the blogger boxes with their sponsored support.

Each of the participants also got a tube of Udderly Smooth.  I am a huge fan of this stuff and love love love working with Redex Industries throughout the year.  Their sponsorship means the world to me.  This is a time when professional and personal cross big time.  My contact there has also become my very good friend.

Bloggers were challenged to dress their tube for trick-or-treating.  You can search the hashtag #udderlywicked on social media and check out some super creative tubes.  Here is mine.  She is Udderly Wicked!

The other sponsors for this year are AdornIt and Ellison/Sizzix.   I license art to both of these fantastic companies and greatly appreciate their support in this party and all of my creative endeavors.  I sent all of the participants samples of my new scrapbook papers and die cuts that I made with the dies I design for Ellison/Sizzix.

Expressionery is always so supportive.  This was my FIRST license.  I love to stamp things with custom stamps that I design!  These are the chocolate bars from World Market!

This is the most awesome part of all.  THESE BLOGGERS!  They made the most creative and unique masterpieces with their boxes.  Check them out.
