I love to garden but I don’t do it a lot. I have all of the stuff but I can never find it when I want to plant flowers in pots or clean out the weeds around the strawberries! If you know a mom who is in this same situation, create the perfect gift for a gardening mom with Expressions Vinyl! Vinyl is great because it is easy enough to work with that kids can be successful. It is day SIX of A Kid’s Creative Mother’s Day and I would like to thank Expressions Vinyl for sponsoring this post. I should also remind you that the ideas and opinions are all my own.
The easiest way to cut out the letters to put words on your tubs is with a die-cut machine. I LOVE my Ellison Big Shot and used the Lemonade Alphabet to create these words. Working with the vinyl is so easy peasy. Once you cut out the letters, the vinyl peels right off and you can adhere it to your plastic tubs!
The vinyl is awesome because it also sticks to glass jars.
And that is not all. The vinyl also works on metal pails.
If you know me at all, then you are probably aware that I love carrots. I love all things carrots. I grabbed my die from the Ellison Nutrition set for vegetables and cutout these two pieces with orange and green vinyl from the Rainbow Pack Collection.
I trimmed them with scissors and adhered them to a Mason Jar to create a darling carrot gift.
Kids can cut out shapes of their own too and decorate jars, pails and tubs.
Cheers to kids being able to create gifts! Vinyl makes it simple and fun.
Happy Creating for Mother’s Day,
