Ice Dyed Patriotic Firecracker T-Shirts
These ice dyed patriotic t-shirts are perfect for the Fourth of July and also really fun to create. They are quick and easy which makes them perfect for the Craft Lightning Patriotic series that I am co-hosting this week with Angie and Carolina! Craft Lighting features projects within a theme that can be completed in fifteen minutes or less. I spent a year as a Rit Dye-Signer so am really excited to share this project using Rit Dyes in Red and Blue.
This one is a winner and you only need ice, Gildan cotton t-shirts and Rit powder fabric dye.
STEPS:
- Place DRY shirt in the grass.
- Scatter ice cubes on shirt.
- Sprinkle powder dye over ice.
- Spritz lightly with water.
- WAIT for ice to melt completely.
- Rinse completely and let hang dry.
