YAY! It is the season of spreading kindness, friendship and love. These Girl Scout Valentines are great for making and giving to your Girl Scout sisters. There are four different designs that are great to send alone or add to a handmade Valentine card or gift. My favorite is the painted rock because, well, because painted rocks are so fun to make and create such a great S.W.A.P.S. exchange.
The printable is free and you can download it and use it like crazy!
I love to use Zip Dry glue for paper crafting projects like this because it is easy to work with, dries clear and doesn’t wrinkle paper. I cut out one of the Valentines and mounted it to green card stock to make it a little cuter and a lot sturdier.
Then I painted rocks to match the Valentine. I like to use DecoArt paints on rocks and then add a layer of Deco-Pauge to seal the paint.
Ta Da! The Valentine and the rocks all fit in an A2 standard sized envelope.
We are pretty crazy about felt in this house too. Felt hearts glued (with Beacon Fabri-Tac) to magnetic clothespins make darling little gifts to give with a Valentine.
Some girls love to stitch too. This felt heart has a key of friendships stitched to it and a pin glued to the back. It is a darling way to incorporate SWAPS into you Valentine celebrations.
Which one do you love most?
Cheers to Sisterly Love and Valentine’s Kindness!
